Retainer Fee
The fix retainer fee is determined according to various criterias:
For services:
- Mission framework (nature/duration)
For business development and sales:
- Mission nature
-Target market (geo/vertical/account based)
- Maturity of the solutions/market
- Average sales cycle (+/- complex solution)
Revenue Sharing / Commissions
Commissions are calculated according to a percentage applied to the volume of sales achieved in a given assignment and period, and varies depending on various criterias such as:
- Nature of the deal OTL / Services / ARR (Support /SaaS...)
- Sales volume potential/target
Hybrid
Hybrid pricing can
combine fees and commissions, but can also integrate elements of longer-term commitment (equity, shares...)
